Cambridge House is a small chef’s home where the stay and the table are prepared as one experience. Our principal reservations are offered as SHIO Culinary Retreat & Stay, bringing together accommodation, Chef Kazumasa’s seasonal table and breakfast as one complete experience.

DINING WITHOUT AN OVERNIGHT STAY :
Dining-only reservations are available by direct enquiry only and are considered individually, subject to availability.Please send us an enquiry with your preferred date, number of guests and any dietary requirements. We will respond personally to let you know whether we are able to receive you.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS :
As Chef Kazumasa prepares each menu specifically for the guests arriving at the house, please advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance. Our menu is primarily seafood-led and some dietary requirements may not be possible to accommodate.

CHILDREN :
The SHIO dining experience and culinary stays are available for guests aged twelve years and above.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES :
Cancellations or amendments may be made with a minimum of 10 days’ notice prior to arrival.
As produce is arranged directly with our farmers, fishermen and local suppliers specifically for each visit, changes made within this period may incur a charge. Should an unexpected circumstance arise, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

DINING AVAILABILITY :
We are pleased to accept reservations, which are necessary and must be made at least 5 days in advance. Dining reservations are limited to a maximum of ten diners per group. Please note, we are unable to accommodate infants and children under twelve years of age.

MENU PRICING :

• SHIOmakase Seasonal Menu: $631 per person (March-November).
• SHIOmakase Festive Menu: $697 per person (December-February).
• Beverage Pairing: $153 per person.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

DINING RESERVATION POLICY :

• Payment of the full menu price is required in advance for dining reservations. Cancellations or date changes require 7 days’ notice for a full refund (less a $25 admin fee). Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will receive a 50% refund.
• Please note that all dietary requirements must be communicated in advance and cannot be met without prior arrangement.
• Reservations are not available for children under twelve years of age, including infants.

Changes to existing reservations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

DINING REGULATIONS :
The “SHIOmakase” dining experience typically lasts 3 to 4 hours. We kindly request that guests arrive on time for their reservation.

ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION POLICY :
A 50% deposit is required for guest room accommodation reservations. For cancellations or date changes, a 7 days’ notice is required for a full refund (less a $25 admin fee). No refund will be issued for cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice. Children, including infants, are not permitted in guest rooms.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS :
Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions no less than seven days before arrival. Note that our menu is primarily seafood-based and we regret that we cannot accommodate the following dietary restrictions: FODMAPcar, halal, paleo, keto, and carnitarian.
